Adam Glickman

Managing Partner

Adam Glickman, Managing Partner, founded AMG Realty Group in 2013. Under Adam’s leadership, AMG Realty has acquired approximately $140 million and over 4200 residential apartments on behalf of its investors.

Prior to AMG Realty, Adam was CFO and Principal at Menora Financial, a residential and commercial real estate investment company and was involved in all aspects of the business.

Adam began his career as a construction worker for his family business, Dream Kitchens Inc., where he learned the intricacies of investing, constructing, managing and owning residential real estate. In 2007, he began investing in buildings on his own, overseeing the acquisition, financing, rehab and ongoing asset management of his portfolio.

Mitch Dayan, Partner, co-founded AMG Realty Group with Adam in 2013. Prior to AMG Realty, Mitch invested in residential buildings with Adam and amassed a large portfolio in the Midwest before selling the entire portfolio to a private fund.

Prior to his real estate career, Mitch was involved in his family retail business, Dayans Department Store. Mitch took over the ownership of the store in 1987 and owned it until selling it in 2004.

Mitch is an extremely active member of the Chicagoland community and has held multiple leadership roles. He served as President of Belmont Central Chamber of Commerce from 1982-2003, Commissioner of Special Service Area #2 for Chicago from 1984-present and President and Chairman of the board of Lincolnwood Jewish Congregation from 2000-2003. Mitch also served on the committee for ICJA Athletic from1999-2008 and coach for Ida Crown Jewish Academy wrestling from 1999-2008. In 2012, Mitch received the Crown Leadership Award for being an active leader in Ida Crown Jewish Academy.

Mitch graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s of science degree in psychology.
